Fees

What shapes an audit fee

We quote after understanding your entity, industry, and binder readiness. The figures below are indicative starting points in New Taiwan dollars, not a public price list for every case.

Engagement Typical basis Indicative range
Annual statutory financial audit Estimated hours × complexity; fixed fee once scope is agreed From NT$180,000 for a straightforward single-entity close
Interim financial review Fixed fee for a defined interim package From NT$70,000 depending on period and users of the report
Internal control assessment Fixed fee by number of processes and sites From NT$95,000 for two core cycles at one location
First-year / opening balances Add-on to annual audit hours Typically +20–40% versus a recurring year, scoped case by case

Estimate factors we ask about

  • Single entity versus group, and number of locations with inventory or cash
  • Whether prior-year audited statements and working paper access exist
  • Quality of reconciliations and whether books are still open when fieldwork starts
  • Industry specifics — long-term contracts, import duties, significant related parties
  • Report language needs and whether lender packages require extra timing

Deposits and billing

Engagements usually begin with a planning deposit stated in the engagement letter, with the balance due on report issuance or on a fieldwork milestone for longer jobs. Travel within Kaohsiung Hsien is generally absorbed; extended travel is agreed in advance.

We do not sell monthly software subscriptions. If scope expands mid-engagement — new subsidiaries, fraud suspicion, or missing records — we stop and re-quote before continuing.
